Great information, easy to listen to, however it didn't seem to have any information about CBT. Which, considering the title of the book this is what I thought it would be about. The last 30 minutes or so has some useful tips on how to manage anxiety etc but no specific CBT techniques. Worth a listen though! - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5
