About this audiobook
This is a 2-book combo, which has the following titles:
Book 1: What is cognitive behavioral therapy?
How is it used?
What can you achieve with such a form of treatment?
These and many other questions will be answered in this guide. Other topics will float to the surface, such as its use for boosting self-esteem, psychodynamic therapy, social healing, acceptance and commitment, misophonia, the Twelve Step Program, solutions for depression, and many others.
Book 2: As one of the means to help solve depression and anxiety, cognitive behavioral therapy is certainly worth looking into. Many people have misunderstandings about this form of therapy; this book is committed to getting those misunderstandings out of the way.
Some of the topics included evolve around solving insomnia, helping people with ADHD cope with their concentration problems, or assisting overweight people in their journey to better health.

It's cool to listen to a book such as this one. Incredibly good. That's what I feel. This was really worth my time. Lastly, a book that gave me what I expected. Another thing: The narrator appeared to be so great that I would undoubtedly listen to it in the future. And perhaps more than just once. I cannot recall everything that's being stated in all these audiobooks, so it would be worth reminding me of what was actually being mentioned.
