- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I am a diagnosed borderline and I am always wanting to learn more about the illness. This book was recommended to me and although I am just now diving into it, it seems to be a very well documented, thoroughly explained book. It has a lot of exercises, chapter by chapter, ones you should re-read until it becomes a habit. This has helped me manage a few behaviors already, and I'm reading it alongside another book.

It seems so simple, but the way this workbook is written and has you complete it makes you look at BPD in a new light as much less than a debilitating disorder that it can feel like sometimes. I have been in counseling and seen psychologists for years now for BPD and this workbook is an amazing addition to my progress! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
