- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5The book and content within were good and was a clear and concise summary of BPD. However, be warned that the narrator trips over words, pauses, and bumps her mic fairly often. If this bothers you, it may be best to find another book.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5First, the narrator was okay, but messed up frequently, stumbled or mispronounced words, and had an inconsistent reading. It was okay mostly, but at times made it a little jarring to listen to.
The book itself had some helpful information and even some helpful recommendations, especially towards the end. (That weird meditation thing at the end threw me off.) I will say that there were times that the tone of the book was a bit offensive or tone-deaf, but that tends to happen a lot with these types of books and it wasn’t unbearable in this one.
Overall, this was informative, if not perfectly executed. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5By far the best DBT book I've done so far. The workbook is written well, helps become more aware of triggering situations and helps you remember what you've learnt in each chapter as you need to fill that out before you move on. It has helped me! I would reccomend.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5this book as I have borderline personality disorder and struggle with it daily and I'm glad I bought it as its learning me a lot about my illness so I would highly recommend this book to those who have borderline personality disorder.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is not your regular DBT workbook. He breaks down your BPD in sections. I have made more progress with this workbook than two others.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book recommend it to get an insight on someone with BPD.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Clear and to the point summary of BPD, and instructions of various techniques and exercises that seem relevant and helpful.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I heard about this workbook on Dr. Fox's YouTube channel. This has been immensely helpful in my journey to getting better. This book is packed with valuable knowledge about BPD.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book has some excellent chapters and will possibly change the way you see the BP person in your life, this book will help make sense of things that may not make sense at the moment.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It is a work book so there are plenty of practical exercises, which are really useful. Everything is explained really clearly and empathically. There is also a really helpful summary and 'what did you learn' at the end of each chapter.
