About this audiobook
Book 1: Manic Depression
What if you could begin to overcome your depression by getting the right information? Wouldn’t that be something worth investing into? Depression is a serious condition, and a manic depression takes it even a step further. It would be better to comprehend what you or a loved one is going through than to remain in the dark and not know what to do. I am not saying that it will be an easy process, nor will it always be brief. Healing takes time, and perhaps the condition is so severe that medication is necessary, as well.
Book 2: Multiple Personality Disorder
If you know what multiple personality disorder is, you probably wonder how this disorder develops, how it manifests itself, and what can be done. This quick guide will help you get to the bottom of these questions. Another term for the disorder is dissociative identity disorder.
Book 3: Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is a mental disorder with lots of complications. Although it cannot be completely overcome in the sense that the disorder will disappear, there are ways to cope with and reduce the symptoms. The author has experienced the struggles with schizophrenics himself, and relates the information and clinical research to his own experiences with one of his friends.
Book 4: ADHD
If you have ADHD, or if someone you know has it, chances are that you don’t know the most important facts about it. Also, you might have been told that it’s always a bad thing to have ADHD. Or you may have heard the mix-up between ADHD and ADD. Perhaps you have been puzzled why your ADHD relative had such a hard time with staying away from addictions. Is there a connection?
Book 5: Asperger's Syndrome
You don’t have to look far to finally understand what Asperger’s Syndrome is all about. This concise guide will give you all the details you need and more. It makes the most important things clear that you need to know.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I listened to this audiobook, and it was truly motivational. It's a great thing if you are able to simply put on your head phones and tune in to an audio book like this one. I have actually noticed that certain books are pretty much trash, and that saddens me. However, this specific audiobook didn't follow that pattern. It's actually really good. So, I love it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5By far, one of the best books in this topic. I recognized a lot of the important things the writer was talking about. Some things went over my head, but that's typical for any book that has been written by a genius. Not only did this audiobook sound like it was high quality, but it also showed me crucial aspects of life, and about this concept in particular, obviously. So, it certainly deserves a couple of hard-earned stars.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This audiobook was well worth listening to, in my opinion. If you ask me, there is perhaps nothing greater on the marketplace about this specific concept. I almost skipped this book, but I am actually glad that I checked it out anyway. It makes sense what the writer says, especially in the last handful of chapters, where the subject becomes a conclusion.

Not only did this particular audiobook sound like it was high quality, but it also taught me crucial things about daily life, and about this subject in particular, of course. So, it certainly deserves a few hard-earned stars. I am trying to say one thing negative about this book, but I can't. It's just way too great. So without further exaggeration, I simply believe everybody must think about listening to it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It's wonderful to tune in to a book like this one. There are so many details I loved about this audio book, but I can only say so much. I think the first number of pages were my favorite ones, because the entire idea that the subtitle talks about, is discussed. All the basics are here. Later on in the book, more depth gets added, and I believe this is what makes it so good.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Lol how the hell is ADHD or Asperger’s a personality disorder? Core beliefs are not manifested as automatic thoughts in these conditions like they are in say avoidant personality.
