Cecilia Steyn was the leader of a South African cult called Electus Per Deus. She claimed to be a 42nd generational witch, a werewolf, and Satan’s ex-wife. She manipulated and brainwashed people into committing murders, claimed she needed protection from Satanic curses, and conned money out of her followers.
