Just what I needed. I was on the mood for something smutty and fun, and this book didn’t disappoint.

The narration was really good. I can’t wait to listen to more books by these narrators.

There were lots of spicy scenes, the narration was good.

The spice that started in the beginning sort of fizzled out towards the end.

    Character development was good.

Live live love Marni’s books! I loved the conflict in this one because it wasn’t too angsty and there wasn’t a b-u. I loved the fight in the h for H to ensure they get on smoothly even though it wasn’t the life he’d wanted. Get it, girl. The dirty talk is FIYAH. I diiiiid (sorry!) find the narrator a little cringey at times but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. Loved this entire series - I went a little out of order, or a lot lol.

    Separation involved? Not really
Was it resolved properly or rushed? Rushed and unsatisfying

Final Notes... The story was so permeated with sex that it became monotonous which is rare for me to say. The scene when he helps her move into a house filled with cameras told me that he is not a smart lawyer as he went over the contract with the h. The way the h's sister was handled was ridiculous and tells me again that the H is not a good lawyer.
