About this audiobook

A dead body in Santa's lap is not what Harvey Beckett wanted for Christmas.

The streets of St. Marin’s are decorated for Christmas, and Harvey Beckett has decided that she’ll host Santa Claus at her bookstore, reviving a town’s long-standing tradition. But on the first day of the holiday season, a man stumbles into Santa’s lap and dies, threatening the holiday spirit . . . and bringing a slew of questions that Harvey can’t resist trying to answer.

Will Harvey’s queries land her, her friends – and their dogs – in a load of trouble?

I do not like the over the top this writer fills her stories with. In life, people have their own lives where they have family, commitments, jobs, etc, but in Harvey’s world everyone falls over each other trying to do everything for Harvey-ALL the time. Maybe I forgot in some book where Harvey got sprinkled with that magic dust! Yet, I have read most of the St Marin’s Book Store series and I read on.

This is another book in the sequence. It has a great storyline with believable and likeable characters. Enjoy your reading

I don’t appreciate that you pushed an author that is sexually deviant. John Green is a horrible writer.

Was this book even written by the same person who wrote all the others before it? I've always liked the premise even if the love interest has been dull. But to have the FMC fall for the person who represents everything she is against is preposterous. Done with this author.
