About this audiobook

After two bad dates, can Emily overlook the flaws and ask Ryan for help?

Abby and Chase leave for a sudden getaway, putting Emily in charge of the seaside Inn. Always ready for a challenge, Emily dives in. But after a power outtage and guest complaints, she wonders if she should call someone for help. Ryan's number is an emergency contact, but she's determined not to call him. She's seen how self absorbed he can be.

After a phone call from the beautiful Emily, Ryan's hoping to get through the repairs as quickly as possible. It's clear she's labeled him as the spoiled, rich-boy type. But as they spend more time together, he's curious what else might be going on. Something painful is hiding behind her wide eyes, and he finds himself anxious to help.

By the time Emily realizes she's completely misjudged Ryan, it may be too late. Someone is sabbotaging the Inn, and their intentions run deeper than she could have imagined.

Rimmy London

Rimmy London is a USA Today Bestselling author of cozy mysteries. Her first series is the Seaside Inn Mystery series, set along the rugged Northern California coastline. Suspense to the core. Each book features a new couple while focusing on the blackmail, murder, or espionage around them. Her Megan Henny Mystery series is all-new and follows a more traditional cozy mystery style, with quirky characters, a Great Dane named Fred, and a beach boardwalk along the Washington state coastline. Plenty to love with both series! Snuggle up with one of Rimmy's cozies... if you dare. Follow on Amazon or sign up for her newsletter at www.rimmylondon.com and never miss a sale or new release❤️

It's a great short story and the perfect accompaniment to the 1st book.

The first one was better, this one is still quite enjoyable but lacks the same mystery of the first. It's just a bit more obvious and formulaic.

Still a great light read though!

Loved both of these books!! Kept me coming back to find out what was happening. Hope there is a third one on the way.

It was a light hearted mystery, not so intense. A nice change from my the other mystery suspense I love.

This is definitely the second in a series. Based on the cover art, I misinterpreted that there would be a haunting or spooky element to its plot. It's more like a Hallmark love story. Soothing, uncomplicated, and pleasant. I've enjoyed Cozy Mysteries in the past, and this one is HEAVY on the cozy, light on the mystery. I hope the next few enstallments end up on here. I'm definitely invested enough to wonder where it's going.

Rimmey London creates awkward, uncommunicative characters that stumble through their determinations to find love. This was my second book and seems a theme to her writing. Reminds me of poorly executed murder mysteries where characters hide what they know from the police. Frustrating.
