Short to the point, just how I like it! Good book! I honestly hated the fact that the police were not their job which made the book very irritating. In many cozy, mystery books, the police at least do their jobs however, in this book, I felt like the main character did her job and their job throughout the whole book. Overall good books can’t read to read what’s next.

The author had some very clever turns of phrase which I enjoyed. However, I found the protagonist, a little naïve and a little too predictable.

Not brilliant. I hate to criticise but the plot was full of holes the guilty party was obvious and the reason given for the murder was pathetic. It's not often I give up but I skimmed this just to check there wasn't an unexpected twist, their wasn't.

This is a fast-paced, suspenseful storyline with interesting characters that maintain your interest. Recommend this book as it has many twists to keep the book exciting.

I don't understand the title at all. Very hard to listen to. Would not recommend.

Enjoyed the book but not the narrator. It’s so important to have the right narrator in an audiobook

I liked this “cozy" , but not typically "cozy" mystery! I mean, sometimes the cozy mysteries are too cute and too funny for me. This one was so good! -so entertaining, so intriguing, and so well narrated! It looks like the book attributes Laurel Solarzano (spelling!) as the author, but on Amazon the author is Lynda Wilcox . Weird.
I want to read or listen to more of the author’s books! This one was not a dead (pardon that!) give away, either! The title isn’t very pertinent to the story.; it should be re-titled.

Good book and plot line but the narrator's voice is a little depressing during the read

I enjoyed the part where the police never seem to take into consideration the suspects that the amateur did. I did not care for the narrator. Her voice was a little bit boring to me.

I didn’t like how above the law the heroine felt. I liked the story but not Jenna.

The book itself was…a little lackluster. Not great character development and some of the characters read as more teenageish than adult. However-the main issue is the reader of the audiobook. Oof. I’m so sorry but it’s like listening to a voice that’s stuck on one volume and one note.
