Your normal feeling becomes ‘I’m not good enough’ with EVERYTHING you do. thennnnn we turn to food to cope.    INSTEAD - USE THE WORD ‘COULD’   It takes out the expectation and the judgment that shouldn’t even be there to begin with.   We see this all of the time with our clients.
