In the hospitality industry, we know all about dealing with adversity. The pandemic railroaded our industry more or less overnight. Then inflation and the cost of living is something else we need to deal with in a time where we expected a post-restriction boom.
Whilst those were, and are, extremely trying times, today's guest, Daniel Wolfe and his team have dealt with an additional level of adversity: Daniel's cancer diagnosis.
