Scott is the owner and operator of Gather Coffee Lounge in Oneida, Tennessee.  They now have 2 locations and 15 employees between their cafe in Oneida and their drive-thru in Huntsville and have been the first proper coffee locations in the area.  They faced challenges including educating their customers in the most up to date elements of coffee culture and encouraging the community, all whilst navigating the pandemic.
