We have many different parts and pieces of us that make up the whole of who we are. The more awareness we have around all of our parts, the more consciousness we can bring in around who is speaking up when and how to respond to these parts of ourselves in nourishing ways. Each part of us also plays out a different relationship with food. So being aware of who is making our food decisions can be a fascinating journey to choosing the parts of you to make food decisions for you that feels most supportive. In this week’s episode, I discuss the Drama Triangle, what roles are on the Drama Triangle and how these roles can play out in our relationship with food and body.You can also read the transcript to this week’s episode here. Stepping off the Drama Triangle in your relationship with your food and body can take time.
