Description

In this episode we’ll be chatting with a client of mine, Jay, who successfully moved past his struggles with binge eating while we worked together in early 2021. This is a really important episode because Jay’s story is one that’s extremely common, but less often talked about - especially amongst guys. Intermittent fasting practices, the concept of cheat day, and the eat big to get big philosophy, all paved the way for Jay's struggles with food. During this episode we’re going to unpack a few of these things and talk about how certain common practices are throwing fuel on the fire of disordered eating. Before we get started a quick warning that some  of the conversation topics in this episode may be triggering for some people struggling with disordered eating or anxiety surrounding food and body image, so please listen at your discretion. If you have any questions about today’s episode or would like chat with me about what we can do for your relationship with food, drop me a line via instagram at @mkaincoaching and say that Jay sent you to receive priority entry and a discount into my January 2022 reinvention program, where we’ll work together to reinvent your relationship with food and free you from the stress of disordered eating!
