Description

The plaintiff says he’s been mercilessly harassed in his neighborhood by the defendants, and they’ve made his life miserable. He’s suing for damages to his self-worth and a car he claims they vandalized. The defendants say the plaintiff lives 200 feet away and they once had a fistfight. They’re countersuing for unlawful prosecution and harassment.
Then, the plaintiff says she sold two Prada bags to the defendant, who then complained. The plaintiff gave her a refund, but the defendant never returned the goods. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says one of the straps was broken, and then eBay told her she didn’t need to return the items after getting a refund. She says she’s already donated the bags, so she can’t send them back.
Plus, the plaintiffs say they bought an elliptical machine from the defendant, who said it was a 2018 model. It turned out to be from 2011, and they want a full refund after being grossly overcharged. The defendant says the plaintiffs tried the machine and everything was fine, and then suddenly they didn’t want it. She says it’s a final sale.
