Description

The plaintiff says she was driving home from the store when the defendant crashed into her while speeding. The cops tracked her down, so the plaintiff is suing her for the cost of repairs. The defendant claims the plaintiff turned left right in front of her, so the accident was the plaintiff’s fault. She’s countersuing for the damages to her vehicle.
Then, the plaintiff says he brought his bike to the defendant’s shop for a broken rear axle, but the rear wheel locked up when he rode it. He went flying over the handlebars and broke his collarbone, and he says it’s the defendant’s fault. He’s suing for medical expenses and repairs. The defendant says he has no idea why the plaintiff crashed his bike, and the incident occurred two years ago.
