So, first we talk about what an intent-based marketing strategy is, as some listeners may not be familiar and we want to lay that framework for everybody. For those who love a formal definition: Intent-based marketing involves marketing a service, a product based on a customer's online actions or previous actions that you can use to indicate their intent to purchase or consume or use the products or services that you provide.
