Description

Dr. Bryan Kent developed a passion for running at age 12 and has been running ever since. He was a Division III collegiate athlete in Cross Country and Track and Field. After college, Bryan competed in the 2009 Amateur Triathlon World Championships in Gold Coast, Australia. 


In 2020, Bryan founded Forward Spine and Sport. Forward Spine & Sport is a physical rehabilitation and movement center that integrates chiropractic and acupuncture in downtown Boston. Bryan has worked with all ages and abilities in the athletic world from novice to future Olympians.


Join Chris and Bryan for a conversation about Bryan's story in sport, his successes and challenges with training at a high level, finding his passion for chiropractic health care, starting a business during Covid-19, and learn his insight into injury prevention and care for runners of all levels.
