Description

Welcome to the first minute Monday. We're, we're going to kick start your week every Monday and less then in five minutes, my goal is a minute of content, but you know, I talk a little bit more than that. And the only rule is you better put it into bleeping action. And I mean it, so let's get into it. It's going to be a quick hit. It's going to set your direction and focus for the week. And if you lose focus combined back and listen to this again.  So today's minute, Monday is brought to you by the amazing Marcus Aurelius. I'm going to read you one of his meditations.  It's true, some people when they do someone, a favor are always looking for a chance to call it in and some aren't, but they're still aware of it. Still regard it as a debt, but others don't even do that. They're like a vine that produces grapes without looking for anything in return. The horse at the end of a race, a dog, when the hunt is over, a bee with its honey stored and a human being after helping others, they don't make a fuss about it.  They just onto something else as the vine looks forward to bearing fruit again in season. We should be like that acting almost in co unconsciously. Yes, except conscious of it because it's characteristic of social beings that they see themselves as acting socially and expect their neighbors to see it too. That's true, but you're misunderstanding me. You'll wind up like the people I mentioned before misled by plausible reasoning. But if you make an effort to understand what I am saying, then you won't need to worry about neglecting your social duty, Marcus Aurelius, best summed up as the best way to win in this world. The best way to win in life is to give and give and give completely unattached to the outcomeGive and forget you gave. Help and forget, you helped. Donate and forget you donated. And just let it be a surprise if it ever comes back. But I promise you. That carrying this mantra forward in every single thing that you do, every single part of your life, every single part of your business in every single relationship, regardless of how the outside world responds will guarantee your success and happiness that nobody else can touch.  So that's it for today's minute, Monday, like I said, these are here to kickstart your day, give you a focus, focus on giving all week. If you need a reminder come back and listen to this again. And so let's start by giving it forward. Go send them this episode to somebody else who could use it, who could win. And that is the conclusion of the first minute, Monday, till until next Monday. I love you. And remember, if you don't put this into practice and you don't push it forward and you don't apply it, then you're complicit in not achieving the results that you want simply because you haven't put it into practice. And I love you, but I will come kick you in the shins. So put it into practice. I absolutely love you all. I will see you on Wednesday and Friday and next Monday for the next minute Monday, that's all have a good day.
