Who decides that we are procrastinating? We do!  
...After all.... you define yourself ...You decide that you are procrastinating...You decide that you are not doing the stuff that you need to do.
Ask yourself...
Who are you? What are your values? What do you need? What defines you. This is about you knowing yourself.
Getting to know yourself requires quality reflection, creating emotional, and physical space to self realise.
I want you to take the time away from all distractions and sit down and reflect and meditate on who you inherently are.
You are who you decide to be...we can get clogged up with other people stories...emotional layers of the past...of relationships or experiences which you choose to put on.
I want you to realise that when you do not take the time to get to know yourself you are procrastinating
Don't put off being the person now that you wish to become. How do you get to know yourself? In the quiet.
