Well hello there, Lauren here....I have my coffee in hand and I am sitting in my meditation chair by my beautiful bay window. What a beautiful day it is.
 
How are you? I hope that you are sleeping well, eating clean, walking daily, and not sweating the small stuff. Its is a daily practice isn't? Navigating through life maintaining well being takes work, resilience and learning. Would you like to change your body? Would you like to lose weight? Well you can. Following much inquiry I am looking today at the relationship between losing weight, changing your body and our ability to reduce procrastination in order to achieve fitness goals. Today we discuss behavioural techniques in order to prepare to lose weight focussing upon knowing your ‘Why”, “how” “when” and “where” .I also talking about the importance of values, the meaning of dedication and developing a ritual when aiming to lose weight and change your body.
