Episode 28 Who am I self awareness and getting stuff done In this podcast episode as part of our ‘great apple pie stop procrastinating series’ we explore how we self-realise or in other words how we get to know our authentic self away from the madding crowds. After all we are not our names, we are not our friends, we are not the cars we drive, or the clothes we wear. We are not who others tell us we are...we define ourselves. No one can do that for us. In the silence through  meditation and self reflection we can realise what gives us our own mojo; our sense of who we inherently are...and what behaviours make us feel that sense of timeless contentment..that sense of quiet purpose...and place a Mona Lisa smile upon our faces. It is only when we start to discover our true self that we can learn to stop procrastinating and face up to who we are, what we want, and how to achieve our purpose.   I also answer Davids letter... "Wasn't sure if we were to share our life moments on our self-discovery. Yet found the homework quite difficult. Trying to define who am I? I've found that I've been conditioned to work at a job I don't like. Family and friends are my first priority and I do more for them, than I do for myself. And I follow successful people in hope that it would lead me to my higher purpose. But I just don't know what I'm suppose to be doing. Which when I write who am I. I'm stumped?
