Decide what your Values are... and prioritise these
Read your Affirmation
Keep a Journal
Create a dedicated time and sacred space for your journalling
Achieve small simple tasks each day...and above all express self kindness
I want this to be a positive process so every step forward is a step forward without resentment, self recrimination, or self blame. This is about perspective, moving forward, and detachment.
