2. Consume a well-balanced food to maintain a healthy lifestyle. A well-balanced diet consists of consuming a variety of nutritious foods in appropriate proportions. It will increase your vitality and overall well-being. Excessive or deficiency of key vitamins and minerals can also have a detrimental influence on your health.
3. Monitor your salt intake throughout snacks and meals. Table salt is sodium chloride, which is a common taste enhancer. A high salt consumption increases the chance of developing ailments such as hypertension, heartburn, osteoporosis, and other cardiovascular disorders. Reduce sodium intake simply by limiting your intake of salty meals without resorting to salt alternatives.
