Prep Time: 5 minutes; Cooking Time: 2 minutes; Servings: 4;
Ingredients:
• Shrimp, peeled, deveined – 1 pound
• Bunch of asparagus – 1
• Avocado oil – 1 teaspoon
• Cajun seasoning – ½ tablespoon
• Water – 1 cup
• Heavy cream – 2 cups
• Minced garlic – 3 tablespoons
Directions:
• Switch on the instant pot, pour in water, insert steel steamer rack, place asparagus on it in a single layer and then top with shrimps.
• Drizzle oil over shrimps, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and shut the instant pot with its lid in the sealed position.
• Then press the ‘steam’ button, press ‘+/-’ to set the cooking time to 2 minutes and cook at high-pressure setting; when the pressure builds in the pot, the cooking timer will start.
• Meanwhile, prepare the cream sauce and for this, whisk together garlic and cream until combined and set aside until required.
• When the instant pot buzzes, press the ‘keep warm’ button, do a quick pressure release and open the lid.
• Transfer shrimps and asparagus to a dish and serve with garlic cream.
