    Delicious Southern Style Grits

    Add all the Dairy and Dry goodies together and mix in a medium pot.

    Add the ham, onions, and peppers. bring the 4cups of water to a simmer.

    Pour in the Grits stirring continually, when the master piece comes together stirring continually add the cheese except enough to sprinkle on top along with the scallions and chopped eggs. Portion in 4 bowls.

    Add Enjoy!

    Chicken Divan Crepe

    In a medium sauce pot add all the produce the butter and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

    Add the chicken after you roll it in flour, and toss it in the pot for a few minutes. Pour in the wine, stock and cream season with salt and pepper, let simmer a few minutes, cool a bit and roll your delicious crepes and enjoy.

    Huevos Rancheros

    In a sauce pan saute the onions and peppers, add the dry ingredients.

    Stir in the re-fried beans an ¼ cups of water and simmer 5 minutes.

    Spray a cookie sheet. Place 4 fajita shells on the cookie sheet. Portion

    Portion the re-fried beans on the 4 shells. Fry 2 eggs at a time and place on top of the beans. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the eggs and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted, place each shell on a plate. Add all the topping salsa, a dollop of sour cream, guacamole, and sprinkle with cilantro and serve your creation

    Luscious Seafood Crepe

    In a medium pot place the butter and oil on medium heat add the garlic, onions, celery and pepper stir till they start to brown, add the produce, and left over ingredients except the vodka and stir for a few
