⅔ cup milk
1⅓ cups caster sugar
1½ tsp instant coffee powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
Finely grated zest and juice of 4 oranges
2 free-range egg yolks
175g unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 free-range eggs
1½ cups self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
