    Papaya and Honey Brazilian Breakfast

    Ingredients

    1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice

    1 small papaya

    100 grs of turkey ham

    50 gr of queijo prato cheese

    1 medium baguette

    1 pao de Queijo

    1 cup of coffee

    1 cup of cuscus with coconut milk

    Method of Preparation

    Peel the papaya.

    Remove the seeds from the papaya.

    Cut the papaya into medium squares.

    Cut the ham into medium squares.

    Cut the cheese into medium squares.

    Slice the baguette and the pao de queijo.

    In a bowl, serve all of the prepared ingredients and accompany them with the bread. Serve with the coffee and the cuscus. Enjoy!

    Morning Brazilian dough balls

    Ingredients

    120ml skimmed milk 

    50ml of coconut  oil 

    10oz tapioca flour

    2 large eggs 

    3oz grated parmesan cheese

    Method of Preparation

    In a pan, boil ½ cup of water with the milk, oil and a pinch of salt. Once it rises, set aside.

    Put the previous ingredients into a bowl and combine them with the flour until fully combined.

    Place the mixture into a mixer and mix it at medium speed with the mixer paddle.

    Stir in the eggs and the cheese until fully combined. Let cool for 15 min.

    Preheat oven to 300°F.

    Line a baking sheet with silicone liner or baking parchment. 

    Form 25gr balls with the mixture and place them onto the baking sheet.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until browned.

    Serve and enjoy!
