    Chorizo Chili

    Ingredients

    Serves 4

    2/3 Tsps. of garlic cloves (minced)

    ½ cup of ground chorizo sausage (cooked)

    2/3 Tsps. of cumin

    20 ounces can of black beans (drained and rinsed)

    2/3 Tsps. of chili powder

    1 cup of Great Northern Beans (canned)

    10 2/3 ounces of Salsa Verde

    1 10 oz.  can whole kernel corn

    1 10 oz. can of diced tomatoes

    2/3 cups of old water

    Instructions

    Remove the chorizo casing and place in instant pot.

    Add all other ingredients and lock the lid.

    Set instant pot to Bean/Chili mode and cook on high for 30 minutes.

    Quick release pressure.

    Allow natural release of pressure for 10 minutes.

    Serve.

    Instant Pot Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

    Ingredients

    Serves 4

    ¼ Tbsps. of oatmeal

    3 Tbsps. of butter

    1 Tsp. of cinnamon

    1 cup of steel cut oats

    1 Tbsp. of brown sugar

    1 large apple (cored, peeled and chopped)

    2 ½ cups of water

    Extra brown sugar and apples for serving

    Instructions

    Press the sauté button on your instant pot and wait until it gets hot.
