    Breakfast Recipes

    Here are some breakfast recipes to get you started on the right foot.

    Rosso Omelet

    Serves: 2

    Time: 20 Minutes

    Ingredients:

    ½ Tomato, Chopped

    3 Eggs, Large

    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

    2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed

    1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning Mix

    ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt, Fine

    Directions:

    Grease your instant pot with your olive oil, and then press sauté.

    Add your tomatoes, cooking for about three minutes. You’ll want to stir constantly to keep it from burning.

    Add your garlic, and then add in your Italian seasoning mix. Cook for another two minutes, and transfer it to a bowl. Set this to the side, and then take out a small bowl.

    In your bowl whisk your eggs together, and then pour it into the pot. Cook for another three minutes.

    Press cancel, and then loosen the edges. Add in your tomatoes before folding to serve.

    Breakfast Beef

    Serves: 2

    Time: 25 Minutes

    Ingredients:

    3 Eggs

    ¼ Cup Milk

    ¼ Cup Goat Cheese

    7 Ounces Ground Beef

    1 Onion, Chopped Fine

    1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

    1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste

    ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt,
