    Ingredients:

    1 bunch of washed, trimmed & shaken spinach

    2 cups of chicken broth, low-sodium

    12 oz. of potatoes, sliced in 1" pieces

    2 & ½ lbs. of shoulder of lamb, sliced in 1" pieces

    2 tsp. of tomato paste

    2 crushed pods of cardamom

    ¾ tsp. of turmeric, ground

    1 & ½ tsp. of crushed coriander seeds

    2 & ¼ tsp. of cumin seeds

    1 x 3" stick of cinnamon

    Salt, coarse

    6 minced garlic cloves
