Chaat Street, Wellington’s popular street-food restaurant, has been so wildly successful that co-owner Vaibhav Vishen (with his wife Maanvi Chawla) has recently opened a sister restaurant in Auckland’s Parnell. Success has come quickly for Vaibhav.
