Tap Dancing

ituated in the former Brothers Brewery space at Auckland’s City Works Depot is a super-stylish new food and drink pop-up called Norma Taps. It’s the year-long project of the Honest Rum founders Luke Jones and Dave Lincoln alongside mate and chef, Dan Pinto. Lunch and dinner diners will be able to enjoy authentic Italian small plates and pizzetta’s all while imbibing tasty beers, wines and Honest spirits-based cocktails all from their tap system. Yep. Taps! Why taps? Because the lads are committed to reimagining the hospo scene without so much single-use packaging – hence why you’ll see no cans, bottles or plastic. Plus, if you fall in love with a particular flavour, you can utilise their refillery
