    Thai Spicy Shrimp Pasta

    Ingredients

    1/2 (12 ounce) package rice vermicelli

    1/2 large tomato, diced

    2 green onions, diced

    1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

    3/4 cup prepared Thai peanut sauce

    Directions

    Step 1: Boil water in a large pot. Cook rice vermicelli until al dente, about 3-5 minutes, drain.

    Step 2: Toss rice vermicelli, peanut sauce green onions, shrimp, and tomato, together in a medium bowl. Cover and store in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.

    Prawns Fried with Garlic and White Pepper

    Cooking Time: 9 m

    Servings: 4

    Ingredients

    4 cloves garlic, chopped, or more to taste

    1 tablespoon tapioca flour

    1 tablespoon fish sauce

    1 tablespoon light soy sauce

    1-1/2 teaspoons white sugar

    1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided, or as needed

    1/2 pound whole unpeeled prawns, divided

    Directions

    Step 1: In a bowl, mix garlic, fish sauce, tapioca flour, white pepper, sugar, and soy sauce together, add prawns and toss to coat.

    Step 2: Over high heat, heat 1 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet. Fry 1/2 of the prawns in a single layer for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
