IHuman beings were created healthy and perfect. But as the years pass by, all kind of diseases start developing in our body. Where do we get those diseases from? Now, as many of us already know, the roots of almost all diseases is fear, that’s stress. While fear itself is not real, it has the power to create the most devastating disaster in our body, if we let it. What is fear, by the way? Fear is a thought. Fear is a belief or an expectation that we hold in our mind which is to happen in the future. Always to happen in the future. We never fear of past. We never fear of the present, but the future alone. Have you never noticed when you’re doing something, all you think about is, will it be done right, or will it have mistake? Somehow, fear is a doubt of negative expectation.
To be mightily honest, fear is fake. Fear is not real even 0%. Fear is a way of thinking. To be more, a little more professional, fear is a bad thinking habit. When fear dominates your mind for a long period of time, those fear thinking habits transform themselves into your body as anxiety. That’s exactly where all those diseases come from. Diseases too are fake. Real fake. If you want to take control over your mind today, even if you have all kind of disease in your body, today, I mean this day, you can be real with your mind and get rid of all fake diseases which situate themselves in your well-made body. Wait, correction. disease is in the mind.
How do I know if you can?
Because, I did it for myself some years ago.
We will show you how easily it is to take control over your mind and start leading your health. By the time you finish reading this book, you will laugh at yourself and say, why the heck I was hurting myself for? Knowledge is power. Power gives freedom. And this book is knowledge. You will have power by reading this book. And then, your power will set you free from fear, from stress, from anxiety which are the roots of all diseases.

Chapter one
All the powers of human beings situate in their heads. Your skull is not your head, but your thinking is. Your skull has nothing to do with the real you. Head means the leader. So, your thinking is your head. So, if you can control your thinking which is your head, you can control your whole life. For many years now, wise men have been saying, we’re the maker of our destinies. The master of our fates. The captain of our souls.
What do those words really mean? they mean that, it is your thinking that control your life. It means that it is your thinking that creates your whatever action or activity you find yourself doing. It means that, everything you do is a respond or an effect of how you think. It means that, your mental attitude controls your everything.
For many years I had been mentally imprisoned. But all those years, I had been searching a way out, yet no way could ever be found. For all those years, I thought my troubles, lack of money, lack of happiness, lack of love, lack of peace, were coming from the outside world. I thought my fear and anxiety were caused by other people, but that was not true. During those years, I had always asked myself, why people don’t treat me like everybody else? Why they don’t talk me the same way they talk to other people? After many years I found the answer. And the answer was not something I was expecting. Here is the answer: I had to treat myself the way I wanted other people to treat me. Let me clear this up. I had to treat myself the way I
