    Mental Toughness

    You think and therefore feel like you’re at rock bottom mentally. You are aware that there are things that you can learn to change this and that's why you have picked up this book. The problem is that it is not just your thoughts bringing you down it's your surroundings, such as; people with negative vibrations that give you and others negative energy and other things that trigger a subconscious reaction to a negativity frame of thought that bring you down also.

    The subconscious mind is a powerful thing. It can look like your conscious is steering your behavior, however, often this is not the case. The subconscious mind is responsible for the majority of your thoughts, if you don’t learn how to harness it, life will often feel like an uphill battle.

    All of this can be changed through the power of perspective. Mental toughness is all about changing your perspective. Once your perspective has changed your life changes too.

    Sometimes, we’re affected by things that we cannot change. In these cases, many will despair, however, this serves no purpose. Rather than despairing to no avail, I believe it is far superior to merely change our perspectives on the things that are making us feel negative emotions.

    After all, happiness isn’t simply something that is a product of external forces, it is something found within your mind. When it comes to the confines of your mind, you’re king. Or well, that’s at least how it should be. In reality, many people aren’t able to rule over their own minds very successfully. This leads to quite a bit of trouble down the road, as a lack of control of your own mind makes you highly susceptible to being affected by things outside of your control.

    If this happens to you, it basically makes you a passerby in your own life. You start feeling like you’ve lost control, like things are losing meaning, like no matter what you do, it’s still not good enough. These feelings might be considered normal, after all, your family and friends have probably experienced them, but does that mean that you should be experiencing them too?

    Change your perspective on how you see negative thoughts, people and situations. Understand why you see things the way you do by digging deep into your subconscious and then changing it. Above the gray sky, there's a whole lot of blue.

    I have spent years learning and studying various religions, beliefs and cultures. From the age of 22 (now aged 43), I put myself deep into learning and speaking with experts about personal growth. After listening and learning for 20+ years I honestly believe if everything I’ve learned was applied to all humans, we’d have orbited Neptune already. My study completely changed my life and I have decided to write a book to teach ordinary people how to do the same.

    Now then, you might ask, what exactly did I study? Well, let’s just say it didn’t take 21 years for nothing. I immersed myself deeply in both philosophy and religion. Not all of this road was fruitful. I’ve encountered many a useless philosophy, some even that have shown themselves to be detrimental. However, it is precisely these experiences that shaped me into someone that’s able to tell whether something actually works or not, mental toughness works.

    The principles outlined in this book don’t fall into any existing philosophy, rather, they’re a congregation of some of the most important things I’ve learned throughout my whole life’s journey. I’ve learned from Buddhists, from Christians, Stoics, Platonists, practically everyone I’ve encountered has taught me something. Today, I’m here to share all of it with you.

    In this book not only will you learn how to control your mind’s thoughts and observe and change its patterns of thinking but also I will tell you a revolutionary 12 step process that has been proven to change lives. This process has you make a picture by closing your eyes and visualizing the 12 key elements of your life like business, relationships, physical appearance, life goals etc. and it grounds itself deep and subliminally in the mind so every time you come to think of the key element you instantly feel great and like you’ve already reached the goal which ultimately makes you reach that goal 10x faster. This is just one of the many benefits this book brings you.

    The book has a myriad of benefits, some of which I’d wager you wouldn’t even be able to imagine you could gain from reading a book. Now, I understand this might be sounding a bit too mythical to you. Maybe I’m trying to pull a trick on you?

    Well, here’s the thing, there’s one thing I haven’t mentioned about my method: It takes effort. This isn’t the kind of book that can teach you how to take complete control of yourself without putting in any effort. On the even grimmer side, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a simple method that actually works.

    I wouldn’t say I was a quiet kid because I wasn’t around my family however I was shy in public. In my early ‘going out having fun years’ I was very conscious of my skin and no matter what I did to help it seemed that my problem was never to leave me. So, I made this 12-step station and in the key element of physical appearance I would visualize myself as someone with amazing clear and glowing skin. Through mental strength of being able to control my thoughts and mixing that with the visual picture set in my head of me looking amazing with great skin, in five weeks I had no picture in my head to look at because the picture was reality. This isn’t the only benefit you will see gained by being mentally tough. Your focus will sharpen, your decision making will be clearer and easier and so much more. The proof is with the leaders in this world, people like Elon Musk, Tony Robbins, etc.

    Now, I’m not saying those people read this exact book, however, they do exhibit the principles found inside. After all, not all of us can be natural-born thinkers like Musk or Robbins. On the other hand, we can all learn to be like them, so that someday, we might get to that level of self-mastery and control. It won’t be an easy journey, but what is easy and yet worth doing?

    I promise that by reading this book, paying attention to the details and taking the time to learn to improve your inside state, the outside world will change dramatically. 2 months of learning can change 100 years of living.

    But I hear you say, Didn’t you say it was hard? Well, yes, it is hard, that doesn’t mean it’s also time-consuming. As long as you can get yourself in the right mindset, you can easily get through all the material found in this book without any issues. On the other hand, if you don’t want to put in effort, or you don’t truly believe that you’ll be able to achieve mental toughness, your road won’t be anywhere near as easy.

    I’m promising this to you because, in a way, I care about you. No, I may not know you, but I do know that you’ve had a rough patch, and you’re worth more than that, aren’t you?

    Procrastinate no longer as every second of not being able to control what is yours to control will mean you are wasting every second of not being able to really live and love life's fruits of feeling happiness, confident, grateful, loved and free.
