    INTRODUCTION

    My discovery of the keto diet has changed my life in a very positive way. I used to feel so cautious about myself because of my weight, this challenge I faced for many years before a friend told me about the Ketogenic diet. At first I was reluctant to even try out any other weight loss diet because of my past failure with other weight-loss diets.
