This is second in series of Hungry Student cookbook(s)
. This book contains simple and delicious recipes; recipes are developed to provide delicious dishes on a budget and at same time provide nutritious dishes to keep one healthy and productive. Difficulty to make recipes in this book is easy to moderate, with inexpensive ingredients and using classic cooking methods.
This book will teach basic cooking methods like, such as boiling, braising, broiling, frying, poaching, roasting, sautéing, simmering, and steaming.
After making most of dishes in this cook book, reader will be able to prepare almost any dish and will be able to cook medium and advance cooking quite easily with confidence.
Recipes are developed to help first time college fresh-person or a person who is on budget or starting to learn to cook.
Recipes are developed to provide delicious dishes on a budget and at same time provide nutritious dishes to keep one healthy and productive. Also have tips like food safety and much more.

A. Boiling: To cook in a liquid that has reached its highest possible temperature of 212°F. Examples: A full rolling boil is characterized by rapidly churning bubbles.
B. Braising: To cook (meat, fish, or vegetables) by sautéeing in fat over stove and then simmering slowly in very little liquid in oven.
C. Broiling: To cook by direct heat, as on a gridiron over the heat or in an oven under the heat; grill: to broil a steak.
D. Frying: Frying is a method in which food is cooked in oil or another fat.
E. Grilling: Grilling involves cooking food on a rack over a heat source, usually a charcoal fire or ceramic briquettes heated by gas flames.
G. Poaching: In poaching cooking method food is cooked in liquid with a temperature ranging from 140°F to 180°F.
H. Roasting: A method of cooking food, such as meat, poultry, Vegetables and fish, in an open pan and using dry heat (usually in an oven).
