    Do you run too much every day, yet you can’t seem to get off the treadmill of quickness in your life? Do you feel so exhausted at the end of the day that you have nothing left to give to yourself or others? Do you get so tired that it takes you days to recover? Do you feel frustrated because you can’t accomplish as much as you think you used to do?

We all struggle with this from time to time, and for some reason, arthritis sufferers struggle with this more than others. This is possibly because before the onset of arthritis it was so easy for us to do so much more. Yet, now, it seems that we can only do a fraction of what we did previously. This can cause a lot of stress and frustration for arthritis sufferers.
