About this audiobook
Pilates is a form of exercise and body conditioning developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th Century.
Mostly as a method of injury recovery for dancers.
Some of the principles that guide the Pilates method include concentration on each movement, use of the abdomen and lower back muscles, flowing movement patterns, and steady and controlled breathing.
In contrast to other fitness method, pilates doesn't require mountains of special equipment. A simple mat, while not mandatory, is the sole piece of equipment needed.
In his many previous books renowned fitness coach Alex Strong guided you through the exercise routines and mindset necessary to power on to maximum health and fitness.
Now, in this book, he shares his personal program and advice to ensure you profit to the max with the World's best low impact exercise regime.
