I love how this audiobook taught me, a beginner on this subject, what I need to know about this alternative way on how I can be healthy and well. And it has tips not only how I can be well physically but mentally as well which is a great plus for me who also suffers from anxiety and other mental issues. I learned a lot from this audiobook and I highly recommend it.
