About this audiobook
For more than two decades, legendary trainer Tim Grover has taken the greats—Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, and hundreds of relentless competitors in sports, business, and every walk of life—and made them greater. Now, for the first time ever, he reveals what it takes to achieve total mental and physical dominance, showing you how to be relentless and achieve whatever you desire.
Direct, blunt, and brutally honest, Grover breaks down what it takes to be unstoppable: you keep going when everyone else is giving up, you thrive under pressure, you never let your emotions make you weak. In “The Relentless 13,” he details the essential traits shared by the most intense competitors and achievers in sports, business, and all walks of life. Relentless shows you how to trust your instincts and get in the Zone; how to control and adapt to any situation; how to find your opponent’s weakness and attack. Grover gives you the same advice he gives his world-class clients—“don’t think”—and shows you that anything is possible. Packed with previously untold stories and unparalleled insight into the psyches of the most successful and accomplished athletes of our time, Relentless shows you how even the best get better...and how you can too.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5As the description says, . . "Conversation" with others. He continuously describes, what a cleaner with do, and the next two levels.
Already forgot. To me, he was just sharing other people's experiences, conversations, and so on.
I continually fast forwarded, hoping to get some real meat. He explains art the beginning, each chapter is chapter one, was it doesn't matter if you skip around.
I got nothing out of it, and the further along, the more I realized he was gonna keep talking about himself and how those three traits would behave, in different situations.1 person found this helpful
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I loved the book and the segmentation of Coolers , closers and cleaners
Stress is you don’t deal with pressure
Confidence & cockiness: confidence is recognizing something is not working and having the flexibility and knowledge to make adjustments while cockiness is the inability to admit when something isn’t working & repeating the same mistakes over and over because you are stubbornly don’t admit
What would you have to sacrifice to get what you want as social life, free time or sleep and what are you willing to sacrifice? These two lists must match1 person found this helpful
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The author doesnt write in details what to do and how to do. But overall you can get a lot from this book.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book would recommend to anyone I know. Awesome book!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Decent. Motivational, but I’m not sure if it ignores what makes people cleaners and focuses too much on celebrating and accepting it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Fantastic audiobook. Really loved how it gave some insight into how the other athletes such as MJ think, act, feel etc. will revisit in a few months.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A MAZING wow using the dark side really felt that instead of me always suppressing it to fit in to be normal use it as fuel really felt that
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I am a trader and those that do trading knows how key mental perfomance is, that is what we share in common with the athlete, its all about mental perfomance. This book just delivered what many trading books couldnt deliver.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Motivational book with real experience of training outstanding athletes in NBA
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5It’s a ‘pretty good’ book, although I have to take a couple stars away for the clear LeBron James bashing - and Michael Jordan can walk on water and do no wrong bit. No way was Dwayne Wade the star of those championship years when LBJ was there just because Tim Grover worked with him. Not buying it. Outside of that, the tips are pretty practical.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Thank you for spreading this knowledge good and Perfect to ready daily

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Thank you this book was amazing and let me know I stand in an elite group, #ontheblessings
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Amazing! It was listening to someone tell me elements about myself that I didn’t even realise to the full extent. Now I know what I am, a cleaner, because now I have a definition for it. Strangely enough, sometimes I just slack off and don’t want to keep pushing but this book re-ignited the power of who I really am!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is just amazing. The references with names ,dates and events made it so real and relatable.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Incredible nuggets of truth! CAUTION, there is very raw language in this book. Great content.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5The whole book is a description of three types of people: coolers, closers and cleaners. What about HOW to be a cleaner??
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Some of the stuff was a bit jarring, but there's absolutely good things in here that people need to hear.
