About this audiobook
While most of us think of yoga as a series of poses, the path of a Yogi goes far beyond the mat into a set of daily practices that can reverse aging, grant better health and confidence, help you create deeper connections, and ultimately allow you to live your true purpose. The knowledge and techniques of The Yogi Code can unleash your power to manifest your full potential, every day.
In this succinct yet illuminating book, Yogi Cameron demystifies seven thousand years of ancient wisdom into accessible language, regardless of your familiarity or ability with yoga. You’ll learn to balance daily demands while achieving a higher level of consciousness and self-knowledge. Your new routines will build a strong foundation for centering yourself and being guided by your intuition, ultimately leading you to gain mastery over your fears and to achieve your highest goals.
With carefully crafted chapters and practices expertly created to fit into your fast-paced days, these “lucid teachings from a compassionate teacher” (Publishers Weekly) will bring order to your life and point you in the direction of your eternal purpose.

What our readers think
Readers find this title to be a valuable guide for improving spirituality and living a more aligned life. It provides wisdom, guidance, and practical application. While some reviewers find it similar to other self-improvement books and make ridiculous claims, it still contains excellent and helpful information. It is easy to listen to and serves as a good base knowledge for beginners or those looking for a refresher. Although it may not be as impactful for experienced readers, it is a great resource for beginners and offers valuable techniques for the spiritual journey.

If you've read tons of these types of books and have been really going at a spiritual practice every day for a number of years, this book probably won't do much for you. If you're a beginner or one of those typical "spiritual" people that you see a lot of these days, this will be great! Nothing against Yogi Cameron though, his personal story is great and the book carries a good amount of information and techniques that are great tools to last you on the entire journey.3 people found this helpful

This book doesn't say much more than most other self-improvement books would tell you. It also makes some pretty ridiculous claims. If you have the 5 hours it wont hurt you to go through this book, but you'd be better off with a summary (is sparknotes still a thing?).2 people found this helpful

This book contains a lot of excellent, helpful information. I confess that I typically don’t read books by celebrities of any kind, but I gave this book a chance due to the title and was glad I did. It’s a wonderful basic text and I am glad to have read it.
