- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5This book covers some suggestions for healthy living and for relaxation. There are some breathing and relaxation techniques provided by Dr. Oz’s wife. This is probably the most interesting section but I was listening to this book on CD in my car. There is not a lot here.
