- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I really liked this guided meditation. Sometimes some voices can be annoying in these sort of things, but this one I found really powerful. I thought there was some static noise in the background but I think that was just part of the background noise that was meant to be there. In the end I found it really relaxing and effective. I’ll definitely be listening to it again.
