About this audiobook

Following Spoiler Alert, Olivia Dade returns with another utterly charming romantic comedy about a devil-may-care actorwho actually cares more than anyone knowsand the no-nonsense woman hired to keep him in line.

""An absolutely witty, swoon worthy behind the scenes romp! Delightful from beginning to end!""--Julie Murphy, #1 New York Times bestselling author of Dumplin'

Alexander Woodroe has it all. Charm. Sex appeal. Wealth. Fame. A starring role as Cupid on TV’s biggest show, Gods of the Gates. But the showrunners have wrecked his character, he's dogged by old demons, and his post-show future remains uncertain. When all that reckless emotion explodes into a bar fight, the tabloids and public agree: his star is falling.

Enter Lauren Clegg, the former ER therapist hired to keep him in line. Compared to her previous work, watching over handsome but impulsive Alex shouldn’t be especially difficult. But the more time they spend together, the harder it gets to keep her professional remove and her heart intact, especially when she discovers the reasons behind his recklessness…not to mention his Cupid fanfiction habit.

When another scandal lands Alex in major hot water and costs Lauren her job, she’ll have to choose between protecting him and offering him what he really wants—her. But he’s determined to keep his improbably short, impossibly stubborn, and extremely endearing minder in his life any way he can. And on a road trip up the California coast together, he intends to show her exactly what a falling star will do to catch the woman he loves: anything at all.

Olivia Dade

Olivia Dade grew up an undeniable nerd, prone to ignoring the world around her as she read any book she could find. Her favorites, though, were always, always romances. As an adult, she earned an M.A. in American history and worked in a variety of jobs that required the donning of actual pants: Colonial Williamsburg interpreter, high school teacher, academic tutor, and (of course) librarian. Now, however, she has finally achieved her lifelong goal of wearing pajamas all day as a hermit-like writer and enthusiastic hag. She currently lives outside Stockholm with her delightful family and their ever-burgeoning collection of books.

I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to articulate what this book meant to me. It was funny and sweet and kind and inspiring. I can’t even describe all the ways it made me feel. Literal perfection! That’s about it.

Wow. Who knew this would be even better than Spoiler Alert? This was such a breath of fresh air and I read it in a day!
    This has:
    - Female Grump/male sunshine dynamic
    - Pretty woman references
    - Only one bed trope and characters that know about the trope!!!
    - An ode to Fanfiction
    - ADHD representation
    - Fat representation
    - Forced proximity
    - Celebrities
    - Mentions of pegging lol
    - Banter!! Sarcasm!!!
    - Steamy scenes (that bathtub scene ?)
TW for mentions of domestic abuse.

If this sounds like something you would like, give this book a chance!

I really enjoyed this book! Actually, the whole series. I actually listen to the last book in the series 1st because I didn’t realize it was a part of a series. So this was the last one I needed to complete it. The whole series was really cute and I loved every single one of these characters. As a plus size woman, I’m also super grateful for books like these that feature plus size leads, male or female. Thank you, Olivia Dade for giving us that representation. Because, yes, fat women are also sexy, desirable, and capable of being strong and independent. You won’t be disappointed with starting this series.
As a side note, I also really liked the narrator for this whole series. When listening to an audiobook, the narrator can really make or break it and sometimes impacts my review even if I loved the story. I thought she did a great job with all three books.

•ALL the Stars!!•This was, by far, one of the most well written books I’ve EVER read!! It’s engaging, humorous, emotional, charming and an overall exceptional read. I fell instantly in love with the characters and was completely immersed in the writing, Alex and Lauren’s love story as well as their individual lives as I read more and more. For the first time, I actually found it difficult to read an ending of a book. Not in any way because I disliked it, in fact I loved it, but because I was SO immensely attached to these characters that I didn’t want it to be over. This was my first read by Olivia Dade and from what I’ve read here between her strong, bold and brilliant heroine and the ever-charming, quit witted and valiant hero, I am all in on to read more from her. I absolutely cannot recommend this book enough, I’m over the moon about it, definitely go read it!!

I absolutely adored Alex, Lauren was an interesting match for him but they made for a great grumpy and sunshine book.

After the most recent incident involving an altercation in a bar, Alex Woodroe's reputation can't take another hit. He has almost finished filming the final season of Gods of the Gates and the showrunners, Ron and RJ, want him to stay clean through the showing of the final episode, so Ron hires his cousin, Lauren Clegg, who has had experience dealing with high strung people in her former job as an ER therapist. What Lauren thinks will be an easy way to earn some money so she can take time to decide on a career path, becomes an immense challenge, not only trying to leash Alex's tendency toward public humiliation, but also her growing attraction to Alex's good looks and quirky personality. All the Feels is another wonderful book by Olivia Dade. Both main characters are fully realized in this book by showing the positives and negatives of their personalities. Each characters starts with preconceived notions about the other, only to discover that they are both so much more than the way they look. The central theme of the book is abuse in many forms and the effects on those involved. The ending isn't sugar coated, making the results seem much more realistic in a story that is essentially a Hollywood fantasy. Overall, All the Feels isn't a perfect story, but it is a fun romance with serious message - well delivered. 4 1/2 stars

Very cute. If you liked Spoiler Alert, this book manages to capture much of the same sweetness. A large portion of the beginning of this book recounts side events from Spoiler Alert, this time from a new perspective, so I felt like it took me a while to really get invested in this couple without it feeling like repeated information.

While I loved than Lauren’s size didn’t deter Alex’s affection, the number f-bombs was disappointing. Surely there’s a less crass way to get the point across. I’m hesitant to read more from this author. But, it is what it is.

Did you like Spoiler Alert? (how could you not?) This sequel is equally delightful, romantic, geeky, hilarious and full of the wonderful banter that characterized the first book. How Olivia Dade managed to write something so delightful in the middle of a pandemic is beyond me, but I'm grateful for it.

    Alex is a total mess!

But I love him so much! And the playful banter between him and Lauren was refreshing and cute. And I LOVED all of the GBBO references. I LOVE that show! Claggy sponges and all! ???

I love when books go into infinite levels of awesomeness as I’m pretty sure that I liked this even more than Spoiler Alert. It may just be that I adore the concept of famous actors writing fanfic, and it was amazing to see Alex so incredibly excited about tropes (only one bed, soulmates and soul marks). Alex and Lauren really were perfect for each other as they made each other into the best versions of themselves.

My only regret is that I read this book in one sitting and didn’t give myself time to savor it. I loved Spoiler Alert, but somehow I loved All The Feels even more. Cannot recommend this book enough!

I was almost scared. I was really scared about this one since this year hasn't been the best year for romance sequels

Thank God. This wasn't the case. It was so good. It was so cute

This was as cute as Spoiler Alert but in its own way. I think my only complaint was there is such a thing as "She/He doth protest too much." After a while, you just wanted them to get it over with and shag each other or at the very least kiss. But the ending was fun and I loved the road trip.

It is complete magic that started with Spoiler Alert. Olivia Dade has made me a fan of a fictional show, fictional fanfic, and fictional actors. The rich world she is created, the backstory and interactions between the characters make me want to dwell in this world full time. I didn't want the book to end. I cannot wait for more of the series, to delve into the fictional world of God of the gates, read more fanfic, and fall in love with more exceptional characters.

All the Feels by Olivia Dade is a 2021 Avon publication. Alex, who plays 'Cupid' on the wildly popular show, "Gods of the Gates", is having a hard time with his image. His repeated and very public scuffles have landed him in hot water with the powers that be. To keep him from blowing up his career, he has been given one last chance… and a minder….Enter Lauren Clegg. Lauren desperately needs a break from her job as an ER therapist. She’s offered a handsome sum of money by cousin to keep Alex in line. The position is challenging because of Alex’s impulsivity, but once Lauren gets to know him, the lines between professional and personal begin to blur… While I enjoyed ‘Spoiler Alert’ well enough, I’m not really the demographic the author is writing for, and it made me feel old. LOL! I had already queued up this follow-up, so I felt obligated to at least give it a chance. As it turns out, I enjoyed this one more than the last. I found Alex’s guilt complex issues compelling, and Lauren’s serious high stress job burnout was heartrending and eye-opening, as well. The way the romance developed was absolutely adorable! Alex is funny and sweet, despite his reputation, and Lauren was the perfect match for him. The couple complimented one another perfectly. Their banter is so entertaining!! The fanfic is still a part of the book, but it was toned down just a bit, and because I had a little more familiarity with it this time around, it wasn’t as much of a distraction. Overall, I went into this one with a little bit of trepidation, but ended up getting swept up in the charm, humor, and warmth of this story. I loved it all the way from beginning to end! 4+ stars

2021 pandemic read. I am not entirely sure why I picked this up (except that it was free on a book exchange shelf, and I remembered reading another by this author, which delved into fan fiction, and had a full figured woman a the main character. I forgot that it also delved into pegging. This was pretty much the same, on all counts, though in this case, the male lead also had a condition that caused problems form him.
