I’ve loved Max and Allison and Michael and Alex from the get go. Add Jillian and her sister and an unexpected pregnancy and Big Matthew into the mix and you have an unforgettable audio book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Still love this world N Madison created, it’s family value goals ?%.
Michael is a talented, hard working hockey player who had a few tough breaks, Jillian would never guess being stood up by a blind could be the luckiest thing ever. They have some miscommunication and it’s takes another chance meeting to bring them together again. And surprise an accidental pregnancy. There’s never any doubt or mistrust. They take it one step at a time. But Michael’s family is there to make it a fun ride.
If you need a lot of angst or anger, this isn’t for you. But if lovable cavemen devoted to their women, and strong willed women adoring their men do it for you, this is hat trick for sure.

Secret Pregnancy is my least fave trope , but this was written so cute. Usually there is miscommunication, or a breakup but this was just life getting in the way that kept Michael from knowing that he was going to be a Dad.
Michael is such a good man jumping in from moment one, and his family immediately making her feel a part of theirs. The labor was almost believable, although I found myself talking to the characters . It was her first baby , and I found Jillian remarkably calm. . My first I was at the hospital the moment Braxton Hicks contractions started!
Michael Horton is definitely the golden retrievers of all GR hockey men ! I love that all he wants is to give her everything, and this Hockey family I just cant get enough of!

Michael and Jillian have a funny, awkward meet-cute which finds them spiralling into the surprise pregnancy trope.

It was great seeing Michael because he is exactly like Max. Michael's family is so heavily involved in their relationship from knowing they're having a baby to the very end. Sometimes this was too much. Michael definitely tended to be too overbearing and all the men in the family seemed to have this personality trait more than the other men in the family.

There wasn't much drama compared to the other books in the series but there was still plenty to make the co-parenting thing an issue. There was a lot of emotions swimming about and not just from Jillian who was pregnant and expected from, it was from all the woman involved. It was all a bit much.

This family tree is getting huge and too many to focus on at times but I do find them a guilty pleasure and will carry on until the very end.

The book was great, what I heard if it, but it was utterly ruined as whole chunks were skipped over. I literally just heard the first couple of lines of epilogue 1 and the rest won’t play. Get it sorted Scribd!!!

OMG… talk about a book so sweet and light! All of the characters cry a lot and always have 2 things to say ? and, for real, the most funny and endearing book ever! You know that book that you’re reading and think ‘Oh, she could be pregnant again… that would be so perfect’… well, get ready to feel totally happy and fulfilled!!! Loved it!❤️
