This is my favorite book in the series. Zara and Alex are excellent narrators. But I don’t like that they used them for all the books. I listened to neon gods before this. Several times while listening to Electric Idol, I confused Hades and Persephone for Eros and Psyche. I wish they would have chosen different narrators for the books.

I don’t know how but each book keeps getting better and I’m fully committed to these now. The Olympias games a power continue when the Dimitri girls again find themselves in danger. In an attempt to save her life psyches agrees to a marriage of convenience but what she doesn’t know is the link this man will go to to keep her safe even if he’s the reason why she’s in danger.

I liked this just as much as the first book in the Dark Olympus series (Neon Gods), but I liked it for different reasons: for example, it's much more romantic and sweet. Also there isn't any kink in the sex scenes. That does NOT mean the sex scenes are any less enjoyable—just be aware that if you're looking for whips and chains in a sex club you aren't going to find it here.

Eros and Psyche's story was so entertaining! I mean 'the assassin falls for his target' plot followed by a marriage of convenience, yes please!
The audiobook was also fantastic . I loved everything about this story.
And now, I need the Callisto and Zeus story next.

Would be 4.5 if it could be. Big fan of Neon Gods and I wasn't sure what to expect here. Eros and Psyche run into each other at yet another Olympus party. He's injured and she helps to bandage him up. Scandal erupts soon after since they were photographed that night. His mother Aphrodite is not happy about them being linked together. She commands Eros to bring back Psyche heart. He meets with her with all intention of following thru with his mothers demand. However by the end of that conversation a new plan has emerged. Eros and Psyche are a bit softer and romantic build then the previous Book. I enjoyed how it build and they started that with respect for each other. Dont get me wrong still lots of spice just a bit softer version.
