About this audiobook

The moment everything changed didn't happen in that cliche rockets-red-glare kind of way, it happened in the form of a waking nightmare. I caught my husband, my high-school sweetheart, the father of my children, balls deep in a sordid affair.

That was when I gave up on men and love.

I didn't count on the NHL's golden boy, the beautiful, arrogant Cooper Stone turning my life and my hockey rink upside down.

My kids are why I wake up in the morning.

Hockey is what Cooper breathes for.

We're from different worlds and places in our lives but when our hearts collided something so wrong and different turned into something so right.

Contains mature themes.

This one is a hidden gem! Loved the story and the narration. Features a lovable, "caveman" alpha man and a woman with steel in her spine. Plus 2 kids! Never thought i'd say this but thought this one had far too many sex scenes than was necessary.

I havent read Natasha Madison books in order, as a matter of fact I started this four series innerconnected legacy of hockey with This Is Crazy; Parker and Coopers daughter: "my sweet Zara" and Evan Richards. With Natasha it doesnt matter where you start from, you will get the same sweet incredibly warm sense of family . Cooper set beautiful foundation in this book for Matthew; the sense of how he cherishes Parker and puts his family before anything else was planted firmly in how Matthew eventually marries and raises his family .How Allison finds love in someone so like her brother and Cooper. How the extended family just kept getting bigger and more beautiful .

    What you get :
Single mom / former playboy Captain of the hockey team
    He falls first
He falls in love with the kids too
Cooper asks. Matthew for Parker's hand inmarriage after he buys the perfect house the kids will love .

I just kept thinking what life could have been like if my kids had a second shot of having a Dad like Cooper Stone ; what it could have been like to have been loved by someone who loved the whole package . It was just a beautiful story and another reason this is my fave hockey series .
Narrators did a good job ; wish it had been Connor Crais.
Spice lord his dirty mouth undid me ..???

Really crass language and awful put downs and body shaming from main character-especially for a mom;/- couldn’t relate.

I’m literally 3:23m into chapter 1 and already the MFC has denigrated another woman for her intelligence, and fat shamed yet another character. I’m out ?

Some reviewers appeared to be surprised there are graphic scenes in this book. Did they not read the descriptive blurb before downloading the book?

OMG!!! This is the beginning of 3 great series. Can’t love this enough, it’s smart, warm, funny. Well narrated. Swoon worthy hot men and sassy women. No cliffhanger but amazing foundation that continues throughout the series. Deeply, truly, warm and fuzzy forever more.
Parker is strong, capable, sporty, awesome mom. Cooper is hockey’s best and brightest, drool worthy, oh so strong and confident. It’s ride you don’t want to miss. Future stories are unique, refreshing and good old HEA

I'm not usually interested in sports type romances but the fact I know almost nothing about Ice Hockey didn't hinder my enjoyment at all. It was a really good story with excellent narration.

What a fantastic book! I know some readers complained in their reviews that there were too many sex scenes but if you are going to read erotica this is they way it should be written, loved listening to this book, both narrators were excellent, a great introduction to this author.

I love how Cooper is so in love with the girl. It is an insta love but does not seem off. I am into male leads who are playboys but once they meet the one, then they become possesive.

Should have been listed as Erotica, plus the swearing was too much. Story line was interesting so I had to finish. Usually enjoy this author however I not this book.

This guy is straight up abusive and controlling. The fact he is so angry there is a vein pulsing in his forehead because she didn't let him know about her birthday and then even when she says she doesn't want anything makes the decision and threatens to spank her if she disagrees is crazy. He was controlling about what she wore and the men she talked to and was constantly swearing at her and not respecting her boundaries. I hope no one reads this and believes this is anything but a controlling and abusive relationship. I wanted to scream at the MC to get out while she can.

Natasha Madison scores with Something So Right. NHL Captain and Star, Cooper Stone, rehabs with Parker, after suffering from an injury. The two have a rocky start, but afterward sparks fly. This contemporary sports romance is suitable for adult audiences.I like Parker. She is a single mom of two wonderful kids, Matthew and Allison. Her confidence was understandably hurt after her husband cheated on her, leading to their divorce. She is hardworking and loves hockey. Cooper is very persistent and caveman alpha. He is an exceptional hockey player. I love that he appreciates Parker and accepts everything about her. He loves her and her kids. They give him something he never really had. I love that Cooper and Parker didn’t initially get along. They have great chemistry. There are a lot of sex scenes in this book. I have to admit that I skimmed a few. I read over 200 books a year, and sometimes I just want to get to the plot. While I appreciate the chemistry between the couple, I would have been okay with fewer sex scenes. Parker and Cooper are really good for each other. Parker gives him a sense of belonging he never had, and Cooper gives Parker her confidence back. The two complement each other well and are a great couple.Cooper’s ex-girlfriend, Meghan, is out of hand. She causes some interesting conflicts. I have to say I don’t think Cooper was very smart about getting involved with the team owner’s daughter, but it made a good story.I loved the championship hockey game with Parker’s son Matthew. I found Parker’s shock at him swearing amusing. He is definitely growing up. I’m currently going through similar things with my hockey playing son, so I could relate.Something So Right by Natasha Madison was an entertaining story. I enjoyed the characters and plot. I like Meghan and Tom. I wouldn’t mind hearing their story and seeing this book turn into a series.Complimentary copy provided in exchange for an honest review.
